We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive products from d'or24k.com that do not meet your expectations, or product have any damage simply contact our customer servies to process exchange policy within 30 days of receipt.
What is your return policy?
We are able to offer exchanges Items purchased on d'or24k.com in case of any damge or mistake with the order. When returning a set or kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit. Partial items from a set or kit will not be exchanged. Empty containers will not be accepted for exchange. Items that have been damaged or defaced will not be eligible for replacements.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Exchange is accepted within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Please find below return method suits you most:
Returns for in-store purchase, we'd like to welcome you back the original point of purchase bring the product along with its original packaging and the original receipt.
Returns for online purchase via our website or other E-commer websites, please get in touch with our customer service center at at 0906 453 599, Mon – Fri 9:00 AM – 6 PM (GMT +7)
What should I know before sending the products for online exchange?
All products must be returned in original condition along with any relevant paperwork, accessories, manuals and the original packaging. Please notate on the front side of your packing slip the reason for your return and send the product(s) back to us using the prepaid label included in your package. You may drop off your return package at our store or FedEx location, including local post offices. The parcel its contents the buyer’s responsibility until they reach DOR24K. We advise you to always use a trackable shipment type when returning goods. DOR24K does not take any responsibility for replacing goods that have been delayed, lost or damaged in transit. Please note that the cost of returning the product is at your own expense.
